The interview process was pretty straightforward and standard. System Design, Leadership, Management, Stakeholder management, Delivery management related. I got a quick response from the recruiter after the rounds that they would roll out an offer. A few days later, I got an email saying that the offer cannot be rolled out without any details provided. I followed up a couple of times but still no response. If a candidate has spent so much time on the interviews and when you gave a soft signal that an offer would be rolled out, I believe it's the bare minimum courtesy to circle back and provide an explanation on what went wrong.

Fast and streamlined, great experience. Had 4 rounds with different levels and everyone knew what they were supposed to look for and were extremely professional. During the entire process they keep me informed and up to date with the status and next steps
