Two unimpressive in person interviews and a phone call, I was left waiting in the lobby 30 minutes both times on site and declined the offer as I had more competitive offers. They wanted to come up and match on pay but offered me an entry level position and not the one I applied for. I had years of work experience and a degree in the field, which I thought was weird, then called to ask why I declined the offer.

Good but test is interesting. All in all, they sold me more on Delkor than interviewing me. The people were very nice and accommodating. I would have taken the job but the dollars just were not there.
