During the initial stage, there are aptitude assessments prior to being invited for an interview. If you pass the assessments, you will be invited to a full day of interviews - this includes group interviews with other applicants where you will be asked to discuss as a group with someone from Deloitte overseeing the discussion, individual interview as well as a presentation on a topic you will be given days prior to the interview day.
