Interviewed for Deloitte GPS. Compared to core/traditional SWE roles, really light. Round one was two interviews, one behavioral with a SWE and a case study about implementing a software solution in a specific public sector setting. Second round was a behavioral with a senior manager.

honestly smooth and easy except for one or two questions that force you to think. one online coding assessment, and then first round was two 30-minute interviews, one a case study (developing software solutions based on business problems) and the other a profile interview (going deeper into my projects). the second round was just a 30-minute behavioral. typical behavioral questions - describe projects, talk about a conflict you had w a group member/leader, hardest challenge, etc.
