Spoke for 30 minutes about salary, reason for leaving current employer, basic skill set and career goals. Waited for nearly a month while recruiter reached out to partner for approval to proceed. Finally heard back after month from same recruiter to schedule a call with a senior manager. 45 minute interview w/ senior manager involved skills discussion and substance probing. After the reviews from this came back favorably, recruiter scheduled a 2 hour on-site interview with a partner and manager. Partner was more behavioral and fit-based, while manager administered the difficult case study interview. One and a half weeks later was contacted by HR extending an offer with a week to decide.
