The process was all online. It started with a basic application, then progressed into a quiz and job simulation. The final stage consisted of an online interview with a senior manager at Deloitte which consisted of behavioural interviewing type questions.

Online test first and Job simulation followed, you will be notify if you are been selected to the assessment centre after pass Job simulation. Job simulation need you write an email to your manager and write a report based on the information been given.

Entrevista
First step is the online aptitude test. Followed by a group assessment where you are given a case study to discuss, the case study we used was not related to the field you apply just to see reasoning applied. After which you move to manager interview where they ask mostly competency based questions then to the partners interview.

Online application which did not require a CV. Followed by online tests these included psychometric tests and a case study where reasoning behind data was required. This was followed by a recorded video interview, then an in person interview
