Second stage is online immersive assessment. This is about 60+ minutes very intense. With practice you should be fine. You get feedback after the assessment regardless of the outcome on your strengths and weaknesses. If unsuccessful you get a rejection eMail. If successful the next stage is job simulation online. I was told I passed online immersive assessment but my application did not meet the requirements for the position

First step is the online aptitude test. Followed by a group assessment where you are given a case study to discuss, the case study we used was not related to the field you apply just to see reasoning applied. After which you move to manager interview where they ask mostly competency based questions then to the partners interview.

Online application which did not require a CV. Followed by online tests these included psychometric tests and a case study where reasoning behind data was required. This was followed by a recorded video interview, then an in person interview
