Entrevista
Applied to federal consulting Summer Scholars internship program through campus recruitment. Team of recruiters and current employees hosted coffee chats as well as information sessions before a resume drop. Many were alumni who graduated from my undergraduate institution and are now working at Deloitte. Application to Human Capital and Strategy&Operations were separate processes. S&O consisted of two rounds of interviews each 30min behavioral and 30min case. Interviewers and recruiting team were personable and were transparent about their expectations for hiring.

Give me an example of a time you worked in a team.
You will need to complete Accounting, english, and Hirevue test before interview with HR. Then will move to user, usually manager from your business unit. Maybe will ask about your past project or about PSAK (if accounting). Took a month to get offering letter. HR will call you if you get accepted.
Interview process was smooth but took time to be scheduled. After the interview, feedback was quick but the interview was rescheduled several times. Interview consisted of behavioral questions with 2 interviewers from the same department.

Two step:
one online video assessment with three questions
one live interview with 2 members of the team with ~10 questions
The interview was laid back with mostly behavioural questions asking about my past experience and how I could contribute to the team etc.
