Aced the interview, no offer. Recruiter didn’t like me. Easy interview. Was overqualified, maybe that was it? Submitted me for wrong job, she submitted me for 1 year experience starter job, I applied for lead (I have 12 years experience)

There was one online assessment followed by three technical interview rounds. The interviews focused on React, NodeJs, and problem-solving. The final step was an HR telephonic discussion covering compensation, availability, and general questions.

Interviewer asked questions out of my skillset and not related to the job duties. I pointed that out and he said he was mistaken about the role. It was a waste of time for both me and HR.
