Entrevista
Es werden in der Regel bei allen Mitarbeitern drei Bewerbungsgespräche durchgeführt. Bei dem ersten geht es ums Kennenlernen und den Cultural-fit zu evaluieren. Im zweiten wird vermehrt das fachliche Wissen abgefragt mit z.B. technischen Fragen, Case Studies oder Coding Challenges. Das dritte Interview ist in der Regel mit dem Leadership.

The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
