I spoke with the recruiter first. She asked about my background and why I wanted a job. My unit interview was virtual ( I am out of town) . The interview was with the director and two nurses. They asked pretty standard behavioral and clinical questions.

Entrevista
Panel group interview, 35-45 minutes to discuss prior experiences and current expectations. Questions were thoroughly answered. Shifts and different positions/ units were discussed. Facility tour. Got a response the same day in hospital lobby.

Entrevista
The interview involved interviewing with staff on the unit and then separately with the director of the unit. The staff on the unit where interviewed had a lot of pull in whether or not I was hired.
