Three round interview procedure. First round by phone and second on their facilities in Athens, Greece. As a third round they sent me a project (a recent topographical map of an area in Athens to make a proposal regarding the best buildable buildings/apartments). I made an eight pages proposal with two best applicable solutions providing solutions with number of apartments and estimations according to the local Greek construction legislations (NOK) twice. They made me an offer and a few weeks later they withdrawn the offer as they decide to ''freeze'' the role and of course they kept the project proposal – estimations regarding the buildable apartments. Unacceptable behavior and treatment, I had mentioned since the first stages that I am actively looking for a role, they prolong the procedure with no feedback (I had to call them back many times to get a feedback) and eventually they withdrawn the offer with no excuse or apologizes. So at the end of the day I lost other opportunities that I had simultaneously as I had an offer from them and they kept and exploit my project proposal – personal ideas which might be a habit of the specific office to collect and exploit for free ideas of other professionals.
