      I Applied 03/26/2016 I was sent to do the video interview via. Hirevue app . 2 days later , 2 weeks later i recieve an email asking me to pick between 2 time slots for a f2f. I responded within the same hour. On a friday . Assuming there would be no one in office until monday. Monday comes and they send me the same EMAIL ASKING ME TO SCHEDULE A F2F FOR THE 1 TIME SLOT LEFT AS IF I HADNT ALREADY REPLIED NOW THIS IS 2 DAYS BEFORE THE INTERVIEW DAY. Today i recieve an email explaining that the slots are filled and pretty much if theres an opening whenever theres an opening they will give me a call. WOW . Iam COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED IN DELTAS HIRING PROCESS. SOMETHING HAS GOT TO CHANGE.

      2 steps: a video record interview where you get to record yourself answering questions and an in person interview at the airport where you will be working. Post Covid it was done as a group interview but each individual get to present themself.

      Applied for CSA position in May 2019. Got a email and phone call about job Interview in September 2019. Went to interview, got the job offer the same day contingent on Drug test, background screening, fingerprinting and Physical Test. 3 weeks later got a email that everything cleared and a start date. The process from the time I applied until when someone cintacted me for an interview was 4 months Applied 05/2019 Interviewed 09/19 Background Check took 3 weeks which they tell you Start Date 10/19

      Multiple phases; initial step was by webcam via app called HireVue. There was a five question interview. Questions are recorded and can be deleted and re-recorded as many times as you would like.
