The HireVue video interview questions are found on Glassdoor. Study and practice. Make sure you make good eye contact to the camera or laptop lens and not looking away so much as it may be easy to read off your answer. Respond naturally as if you're being interviewed in person. There is a time limit on your response. I believe it's 3 minutes each question so practice.
Don't be late to your in-person interview. I was an hour early. The in-person interview was easy. First question was why you want to work for Delta and why you applied for the job. Flexibility is important if you want to work at the SFO station. The person who interviewed me was honest about the schedule and what they're looking for. I was very appreciated of that. They require RR's to work 5 days, 5-6 hr shifts. I declined the job offer because I couldn't make the schedule work. The busiest shift is from 12pm-7pm and most new hires land that time slot. You have a very very slim chance getting a morning shift as full timers have already bid those shifts out and long time RR's. So, if you're working a full time job with little flexibility, you won't have a chance to work as RR at SFO because you'll most likely get that 12pm-7pm shift.
