They use the STAR method which incorporates giving a situation and how you handled it. Then mostly asked about my background and how I think I would fit in. I went directly to a 2:1 interview (most general get a phone screen then another round before this), and then had a final 2:1 with a higher group of managers.

The interview process was very long. It took weeks to hear back before setting up an interview that what weeks out from that. It was a zoom interview and the whole process took over two months

Panel Interview with 4 people on the team. Only one interview lasted about 1 hour. And then the interviewer called a week later to say I didn’t get the role.
