Long interview process, but standard for the industry. Be prepared to meet a lot of people, most of the people you interact with will be very nice, informative and professional.
I will say that I left the interview with a more negative view of the company then I had when I started. Nothing to do with the company itself as they have a lot of great things going for them, but they don't feel culturally modern. It really feels as if the interview process hasn't changed much since the 1960s and that is good or bad depending on who you are. They are looking for classy, well put together people. They don't seem to like quirky types too much.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.

it went really smooth and was a great experience. they really made me feel at home and I hope to get a call back soon. the questions were focused on customer service and brand identity.
