I recently applied to Delta (RR)..... Process is surprisingly longer than I anticipated. I've gone through the preliminaries and was offered a conditional offer of employment. It has now become a waiting process; I'm assuming of my background check. Unfortunately I was in an altercation last summer (August 2014), which has resorted to hearings in court. I didn't provide I was convicted on my application, since it was a pending case at the time. But on my background screening application I presented the dispute(charged for an assault Mis A, but charges dropped to a disorderly conduct). I'm looking for assurance, possibly an opinion from others. Will this disqualify me for the position. I presented in an email my disposition of the case....

Very straight forward, to the point. No beating around the bush, and were very interested in gauging your abilities to be able to perform in the conditions required by the operation and company.
