The interview process went very smoothly. I applied online and with a couple of weeks I received a call from HR for a phone screening. The phone screening questions were simple pre-interview questions like: - Why do you want to work here? - What is the expected salary you would like for this position? After the completion of the phone screening, you are offered to continue (if you match the criteria) on to a virtual interview. This stage is conducted with the hiring manager and another associate. The virtual interview was completed via Microsoft Meetings. I heard back two weeks after completing the interview and offered the position. Overall process took about a month.
