Alliance makes you jump through so many hoops to work here. Drug test, reading, math, on site assembly, hearing ( ESL questions). In all actuallity in order to work here you need to pass a spit test and have a pulse. Only requirements.

Third party recruiter called me and talked about the position. After reviewing my resume, they called me on site for an interview. Three engineer managers interviewed me for two hours. After a week, they call me back for technical round and benefits discussion.
