Entrevista
Personal interview based on resume, then technical interview (written, coding) which you will have to explain afterwards. Basic coding skills are tested, syntax is not important, more on algorithm and logic. Interviewer was very accommodating, environment was relaxed.

The interview was casual. I was asked to fill out an application form with essay questions prior to the interview. The application form was that of the application forms for those who would apply for jobs there.
