It was an HR round, then a hiring manager interview on site with a presentation of a case study , then interview with the VP. I did not quite understand the reason for the VP round, because it was just the same thing they asked to do. present the same presentation again

I always knew in advance who I was speaking with or meeting with. The process was very organized. I began the process with a recruiter I was very familiar with on LinkedIn, she was never too pushy and always was trying to drive Value. I had a combination of over the phone interviews as well as in person. Part of the the Sales process does require you to do a mock demo. I always felt welcomed, comfortable and gained feedback along the way. The length between the 1st contact to the offer being accepted was longer than average, however I was not in a rush and there were holidays in between. I imagine most people will not have an 8 week experience.
