I interviewed with two hiring managers at the company job fair held at their offices in Toronto. The environment was very welcoming and easy-going. I was invited to join conversations with my potential colleagues before and after the interview.

The interview felt very much like a conversation about me and my background. They want to make sure my experience and expectations match the job profile as well as the company. I appreciate that the interviewers regularly gave non-verbal feedback in response to my answers; this made me feel appreciated.
It was very smooth, everyone was professional, friendly and responded quickly to my questions and made sure I was kept up to date. I was happy with the whole process.

Entrevista
Brief 15 minute interview process with an employee from Delvinia. The questions weren't technical...they primarily focused on learning more about you, what you know about the company, and a few short behavioural questions. Recruiters will contact successful applicants for another interview, which I imagine is more skills based
