The recruiter was friendly and provided positive insights about the job and company. However, my experience with the technical interview was quite unpleasant. The interviewer displayed rudeness by belittling my questions and making me feel insignificant. Instead of offering assistance when I struggled with the problem, the interviewer appeared disengaged as soon as they determined my lack of relevant experience. This left me feeling uncomfortable and lost for approximately 30 minutes. Although I may have been out of my depth, it is important to note that no circumstance justifies diminishing the worth of an interviewee or any individual. Additionally, the interview was rescheduled twice, once due to the interviewer forgetting the appointment, and on the eventual rescheduled date, the interviewer arrived more than 10 minutes late. If this is how interviews are conducted, I can't imagine the work culture being as amazing as it is touted online.

Had a great phone screen with the technical recruiter. Unfortunately, their technical interview was horrendous. Babysitting a candidate while they code - and question the candidate's every single move because you have a specific technical philosophy - is not a good indicator of a whether a candidate is legitimate or not. No wonder this position's been open for four months.
