A few phone interviews followed by in person interviews with the executive team. Then we were asked to put together a presentation on how we would sell the product we then would present to the entire panel .

Interview was mostly based on personality and not skills. Didn't care for what I saw of the company culture. There seemed to be a heavy emphasis on drinking after hours as it was mentioned several times. Almost everyone I met seemed to be straight out of college and a bit lacking in professionalism. Wasn't a fit for me.
