Over a 2 month process. Initial discussion with recruiter and then a zoom meeting with the hiring manager. This was followed by three separate interviews with two team members and the HR Director. After this series the recruiter became unresponsive. I sent follow up emails and phone calls and eventually was told i was still in the running after two weeks of no contact. I was then invited to a 7 hour interview day including a seminar. After rearranging my work schedule and working on my presentation i was told they decided the position could not be remote. This is after two months of engagement and very clear that I was a remote candidate.
