Largely a waste of time as the cultural interviews were done before the test drive. 1/2 of the cultural interviewers were late and seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. During the test drive interview, the explanation I gave impressed the interviewer and I had to ask her for feedback because she did not provide any. After the interview, I was told I was dismissive to feedback and not adaptable to change despite the fact that I was given no feedback. I mentioned concerns about traveling to mandatory off sites due to covid concerns and was ultimately not offered a position.
