I spent 30-35 minutes with the initial phone interview. It went fine. But when they set me up for the in-person interview, it was scheduled for 3 weeks later. I thought that seemed a long time to wait. After my in-person interview, I had to complete an online personality test and then had a Skype interview with the VP of HR in PA. The next day I was offered the job. The entire process took about a month.
