I was invited to Dentons' London office for the first interview after I passed Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Test. The HR responsible for interviewing me is a nice and friendly young lady. I was asked questions like why Dentons, its competitive advantages over competitors, tell me a story that shows your commercial awareness, and a great number of traditional competency questions. I was also required to complete a situational judgement test about multitasking during the interview.

Several stage application process involving a timed problem question assessing different investment opportunities. This was immediately followed by an online interview with two partners, discussing my answers to the exercise and then normal interview questions. They were both friendly and patient, and helped with prompts when I needed them.
