Our job opening ad in Davenport is listed as Sales Manager Trainee, not assistant store manager or assistant branch manager, and as is stated in the title, it is a training position to become a manager. Also, as it clearly states in the advertisement, this position averages over $40,000 per year, and upon promotion to store manager, over $70,000. We do not ask anyone to move every 6 months, and only ask those move that are moving up for promotion with our company. Also, we do assist in relocation payment, including lease buyouts when necessary.
