It is like every interview process , as a candidate you need to be prepared . The interviewer was nice and friendly although the school was closed for a snow storm on the interview and they were not able to reach me , the interviewer waited for me .

Entrevista
There was a phone interview first, then a panel interview second. I appreciate that they email everyone an interview question about organizing your day to practice before the interview. However, the process was quite sterile. It was questions and answers only, no chuckles or "get to know ya" talk. The panel interview was very intimidating since it was straight to the point, with no smiles or nods. They kept firing off with the preset questions until the interview was over. I didn't receive a closure email for TWO MONTHS!!!!

Entrevista
Traditional in-person interview with a short presentation. Not a lot of communication throughout the process. Discussion about resources for recruitment made it pretty clear that it was not well-funded or prioritized within DPS.
