Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Denver Water (Denver, CO).
Entrevista
The interview consisted of three people on other side of desk asking questions with laptop open. They asked about previous experience and how i would respond to certain situations. Told me i would know in a week but waited three weeks to tell me i didn’t get the job.
The interview was conducted in a professional manner. Questions were clear and relevant. The discussion covered the expected topics. Overall, the process was straightforward and consistent with standard interview practices.

Entrevista
Before diving in, I want to emphasize that I value and respect this company. It was a great opportunity to be considered for these positions and I understand that there are plenty of well suited candidates out there. I had interviewed for Denver Water twice, both positions had a similar title and both were Teams Video Interviews. For both interviews, the questions were not very technical, but more behavioral: "tell us about yourself", "tell us about a time you had to think outside of the box", "how do you handle multiple tasks", "tell us about a time you failed", "tell us about your experience with quality assurance and quality control", "is there a question you wished we asked you". For the first interview, I had an excellent referral from a previous supervisor. After receiving a rejection email, a member of the Denver Water hiring team had bumped into me in person and emphasized that I could be a great fit for a full time position at Denver Water and I should apply to this other open position. The second interview had a different team, but it ran quite similarly. After what felt like a good interview and another referral from a reliable source, I did not get the position.
