Long & drawn out, with extra steps added along the way. Progressed 5+ candidates to the final round — appalling decision making & a complete waste of many candidates time. Good companies have a concise interview process, with set steps & timelines to manage expectations. They also typically don’t progress more than 3 candidates to the final round out of respect for their time & effort. Forewarning as an employee.
First round was Recruiter. Second round was Hiring manger. Panel was the third round. Final with Executive. Process was pretty straightforward. Nothing stand out at all. Recruiter communicated throughout process and kept me updated.

Entrevista
I started with screen with Recruiter, then on to Chief Commercial Officer, the Head of North America Sales, and finally a on to panel of three or four Demand Gen team members from US and Australia.
