Set up a phone interview over email, it went ok. I emailed to thank the HM for speaking with me, no response. Emailed again to let them know I was waiting to hear back before accepting another offer, no response. A few weeks later they thanked me for "coming in to meet with them", which never happened. Surprising level of disregard from a small company.
