You will go through SATI on the first round. Mind you, it is a long assessment so please take some time to go through and answer accordingly. I believe it is worth it and will help a lot with your interviews. Once that is done, you will go through face to face interview depending on your role or department, you may need to go through 1 or 2 rounds of face to face interviews.
