I was asked to complete an assessment (SATI) before stepping into the interview stage. The interview questions were not too hard, it's all about behavioural and technical questions but unforfutanely I wasn't being shortlisted at this stage.

Very smooth process after you complete the SATI (personal/attitude test) Though, the interview itself is not easy, prepare yourself from basic to advance math/quant questions. Additionally, they ask and test your logical reasoning ability using open ended question. Your final answer itself does not matter much, your thought process matter when you answering. All the best for whoever try to get into this dept.
