I followed their Hiring process completely and compliant with them as per their rules and passed their interviews and in the final interview after my whole assessment, they asked me about having any reference in that company and ignored my overall scores in that whole journey. Really Disappointed with their behavior.

Simple process. Through agency. They asked some questions. Offer was given on spot. They have maximum salaries capped at a certain amount. So too much negotiation is not on the table
