I like to keep track of all my jobs for a day so I start my days writing all jobs to be done in a note day.i check the checklist at middle of the day & end of the day once and try to finish all check listed items of the day on time.In case any scheduling is needed for next week , i create reminder for myself for that specific day.if any priority item comes up , then i try to gauge the estimated time for that task and work on the same pushing some of the check listed items for next day
