I described the last conflict in detail, mainly focusing on information I flagged as key and relevant to how it was resolved. Gave my perspective on the scenario as well as my colleague's as to provide a well-rounded and comprehensive picture, without the use of any judgmental or defamatory words. Showed insightful thinking and problem solving through explanation of the solution, as well as my communication style and values showcased through my course off action.
