commitments. "In my experience, managing competing priorities requires a combination of rigorous organization and proactive communication. A primary example of this was during my time as Marketing Director for Islamic Relief UTSC. I was often responsible for coordinating large-scale fundraising campaigns and social media content strategies simultaneously. To manage these effectively, I utilized the following strategies: Strategic Prioritization: I assessed tasks based on their immediate impact on fundraising targets and engagement metrics. For instance, when a campaign launch overlapped with a student engagement event, I utilized a task-management system to delegate specific content creation pieces, ensuring neither project lost momentum. Milestone Tracking: During heavy academic periods at UofT, specifically while managing technical business coursework alongside my director responsibilities, I broke down larger marketing projects into smaller, daily deliverables. This prevented bottlenecks and allowed me to pivot quickly if the scope of a project changed. By staying adaptable and disciplined, I successfully increased student engagement and met all fundraising milestones, even during peak periods where multiple high-stakes deadlines coincided."
