Long interview process! Interviewed for a specialty buyer role (in-house at Herman Miller) that would specifically help source independent artist to possibly add to Design Within Reach’s ecomm space. First interview went well but then it took them 3 weeks to reach out and schedule the follow up. I ended up making it to the final round. The company ultimately restructured the role to be based from a different office therefore the offer was rescinded unless I moved! Overall, from my first interview in June to my rescinded offer in October, I wasted almost 3 1/2 months of my time!

Two virtual interviews. The first one with the studio manager and the second one with both the studio manager and the district manager. Both calls consisted of conversations around your background and interests.
