Design a class to implement a queue which supports pop from head, push from end and delete at any position of the queue.

I used a queue and a hashmap to implement this class.  However, this not that efficient.  The interviewer give me a hint to use doubly linked list instead of queue.

It's essential to demonstrate that you can really go deep... there are plenty of followup questions and (sometimes tangential) angles to explore.
