They interview through a series of interviews, the 2 main ones being technical and cultural. Overall the questions depend on who you interview with but they didn't ask anything that wouldn't be expected based of the field they are in. It was a great experience and I appreciated how thorough they were about the hiring process; not only do they really get to know the candidate (and if they are a good fit), but the candidate also really has an opportunity to get to know the company.
