About 5 rounds of time wasting interviews with a ton of back and forth emailing followed up with hesitancy with simultaneous urgency on their end. They went from demanding to know when I could start to --> ghosting me --> to demanding a follow-up 6th interview a month later. They have no idea what they want and have no issue wasting people's time.
