Four interviews were conducted: one on the phone, one in person, a video call with the CEO, and a fourth video call because they insisted on it instead of providing a full written job description. After I applied they rewrote the entire position with a new title, intentionally omitted expected work hours/Number of managed shifts, set inhuman bonus goals, and did not describe their winter work. Since misrepresentation of hours is what other employees have reported, I asked for clarification and was told I could be called in to work any of the 24 hours in a day or none.
