Very fair but be prepared. There was of course question about my past work experience but they were asking a lot of questions about how I would fit in the role and with Desjardins' values. I had 1 phone interview then an interview with 3 people, it was very respectful, no major trap but still do your homework.

Very friendly and polite interviewers. They want to know that you have done your research about the position. They also discuss salary issues upfront. They did 2nd and 3rd interviews.
