None really, she just made you start working and gave you typing and excel tests. The excel tests were tricky, I had to prepare marketing information based on hotels, so she was testing me to see if I could handle the work there and how good my excel skills were.

Just tests she gave, no questions. Excel tests, and casually asked me about myself. But again no interview questions were asked. She acknowledged that my experience was good working at a hospital with animals and thought I would be working with people and doing marketing.

Met at local cafe, she called me in for a time within a week of me applying to her company online, I spoke with Teresa over the phone before coming in for interview

Entrevista
It was extremely quick, actually too quick. First she, the boss, Denise, calls me way too late and does not tell me what I am interviewing for or what the company is. It is a pretty basic interview which included a pop quiz on geography. Then she grilled me on salary and benefits (she expects her employees to mooch off their parent's health insurance and is hesitant to provide) and asks what you've been paid before to determine what she should pay now even though it's an entry level position so what- you're going to go off my unpaid internships and work study? No pay me market price or close. The she send a long sample request which involves a lot of Excel spreadsheet work (cut and paste really) and a typing quiz (I later learned that this is because she wants work done extremely quickly). You will not travel even though she gives off this impression. Finally she wants you to come in the day after you hand in your work samples to work for a full day (8 or 9am-6pm) and then you're in. She's extremely desperate for workers (probably because of the awful reputation) and hires really quickly. I declined the offer and she called me extremely late to ask me personally why I rejected the position. Very uncomfortable process overall.
