I am grateful for the opportunity to interview with We Brand (Desygner) and to have met several members of their team. The process began with a "get to know you" interview, which evolved into a more technical discussion with the COO and CPO. The CEO also joined briefly, providing me with a chance to showcase my technical skills. They felt this conversation covered enough ground that a separate technical interview was unnecessary, which I appreciated.
Following this, I completed the required psychometric assessment and coding tests without any issues. I was then invited for a follow-up interview with the CTO, which I felt went well and served as another positive opportunity to engage with the team.
In the final interview, a one-on-one with the CEO, we discussed his concerns about my level of experience within large enterprise environments. While it was challenging to address those concerns in the moment, I valued his candid feedback.
After this round, I was told I would hear back early the following week. Although it took a little longer than expected, I received a clear response with feedback. Based on the feedback the application process probably didn't need to progress past the 1st interview.
Overall, the experience was a valuable opportunity to connect with a forward-thinking company. I believe they have a truly great product, and I appreciate the time and consideration the team extended to me throughout the process.
