I applied a month ago and the process overall took 4 weeks. An initial call was made with a recruiter for a short introduction and get to know each other better, and she sent me a code challenge to complete within 5 days. After that a code review session took place with 2 of their software engineers. The next call was with the CIO and the Head of HR, and that was a cultural fit interview with questions regarding drive and informal leadership. The final interview was with the CEO, for the last check. Everyone I talked to was polite, kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there, and in combination with the interesting challenges of the job, that makes it very difficult to not accept their offer.
