Applied through staffing agency. 1 interview with HR from staffing agency and then an onsite interview with Manufacturing Manager, Test Engineer and controls Engineer. Process took about 1 month. I was shown the whole plant by the Manager along with the engineering area where I would be working.

Questions were based on resume along with couple of behavioral questions. They asked about my research in my MSc. what I did and what was my approach towards my research.
