long HR process, interviews with the team were done within 3 months. I was asked to meet with over ten people from various teams and with various roles at the firm. HR process was duplicative.

Joined from business school so interview process was already defined: Two 1-2-1 interviews with senior staff and a final interview with the head of the team. At the time this was done over video conference due to travel commitments
